Taniya L. Williams
Taniyah L. Williams is the executive assistant and Legal Policy Intern here at Equipped Solutions LLC. As a full-time senior at the illustrious Morgan State University, majoring in sociology, I will graduate this May 2024. There at Morgan, she is in the Pre Law Association and a past member of Females United to Uplift, Reshape, and Educate. Taniyah has helped Korey T. Johnson succeed in her national and legislative campaigns. While doing this, she also manages her schooling and the University of Maryland’s responsibilities within her Shock Trauma expertise. Taniyah has always been a leader in her church and community. She is currently Miss Young Women of Excellence within the Maryland Central Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction here in Baltimore, Maryland. While working within the community, Taniyah supports young women her age and younger to always have Poise, stay Positioned, and walk into their Purpose. Taniyah is an aspiring attorney who will attend law school after graduation to pursue Child Advocate/Family Law. She is a Baltimore native, musically inclined, and a firm believer that there is nothing you cannot do with God and ambition.

Connor White
Connor White is a Campaign Consultant and a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Analyst for Equipped Solutions LLC. As a member of Equipped Solutions LLC, Connor is focused on empowering local organizers and providing a youth perspective to any challenge. Before joining
Equipped Solutions LLC, Connor worked in local Democratic politics in Baltimore County and helped organize successful issue-based campaigns in the Baltimore region. He has received his AAS in Geospatial Applications from the Community College of Baltimore County and is currently a student at the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

Gabriella Wiggins
Gabriella Wiggins is an Intern who has just joined the Equipped team and is excited to work and learn from Equipped. Her main jobs are to help run the social media aspect of the company as well as assist wherever is needed in helping her co-workers. Some previous work she has done includes working with different elected officials on their campaigns and working with delegates during and after the General Assembly sessionsGabriella is a current sophomore at Clark Atlanta University with a major in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice.

Ian Miller
Ian Miller is a Consultant at Equipped. Ian has operationalized and executed extensive student-based organizing campaigns around local elections and policy advocacy. In 2021, Ian co-founded the Legal Justice Alliance of Baltimore County, a grassroots organization committed to political education of the power and abuse of prosecutorial discretion, electoral organizing, and advocacy and direct action around local police violence, juvenile and racial injustice, and sexual and domestic violence. Ian’s campaign operations portfolio includes the management of electoral campaigns in the State of Maryland. As a political strategist, Ian is deeply committed to cultivating political literacy in students and recruiting and training the next generation of political candidates. Ian is a third-year student majoring in American Studies at the University of Maryland College Park. He also serves on the Baltimore County Democratic Central Committee and is one of the youngest elected officials in Maryland.

Jalen Sanders
Jalen Sanders has provided multi-state, local, and federal legislative support for over 7+ years. Jalen served as a Judiciary Clerk for the Prince George’s County Circuit Court and United States District Court of Bankruptcy and a Legal Associate for the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office as a Transfer Specialist for the Juvenile Court of Baltimore City. As a seasoned lobbyist, he has served as a Government Relations Advisor at Rifkin Weiner Livingston and the Policy Director at the Office of the Comptroller of Baltimore City. As the founder of Sanders Concepts, LLC, Jalen is a consultant to clients to identify and assess policy goals and develop robust political and issue-based campaigns. Jalen also has a philanthropic portfolio that includes student mentorship and membership in Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated.
